Welcome to the Maxfun Kids Playground website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, making a booking, or visiting our playground, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Maxfun provides indoor play facilities, events, and party packages for children. All bookings are subject to availability and compliance with safety rules.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be paid in advance through our secure payment gateways.

• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing our Refund & Cancellation Policy before confirming a booking.

4. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all guests must:

• Follow safety instructions from staff

• Supervise their children at all times

• Refrain from any aggressive, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior
  Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Maxfun or its licensors and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maxfun is not responsible for:

• Injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety rules
• Loss or theft of personal items
• Website downtime or technical errors

7. Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Validity
  All vouchers issued by Maxfun Indoor Playground (“the Company”) are valid only until the expiry date specified on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be honoured.
• 7Redemption
  Vouchers may only be redeemed at Maxfun Indoor Playground. Each voucher is valid for a single transaction and may not be split across multiple visits.
• Restrictions
  Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise stated, only one voucher may be used per booking and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Lost or Stolen Vouchers
  The Company shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. No replacement or refund will be provided in such cases.
• Liability
  Use of a voucher constitutes acceptance of the Company’s playground rules and conditions of entry. The Company shall not be liable for any unused or expired vouchers due to the customer’s personal circumstances.
• Legal Compliance
  These Voucher Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA). Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Please review them periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
